3. Withdrawals, Cancellations and Refunds
a. If you choose to withdraw or cancel your enrollment in a self-paced Pulse Radiology program within the time frame listed below, we will provide a refund, as subject to the conditions below:
i. Within 5 days, students will receive 100% refund on the purchase of programs that have not been discounted
ii. No refunds will be given 6 or more days after enrollment.
iii. No refunds will be given when programs are purchased with a discount applied.
iv. If a student enrolls in any program and commits to performing his/her clinical requirement at one of Pulse Radiology’s clinical affiliates and such affiliate approves the student, no refund shall be given if the student then decides not to begin his/her clinical assignment at such affiliate location.
b. In the event that despite all reasonable efforts by Pulse Radiology, a student is unable to be placed in a clinical site within 8 months of completing the didactic portion of the course, they may be eligible for a $500 clinical refund.
i. To be eligible for a refund, students must have availability for an 8-hour shift at least 2 days of the week, Monday through Friday.
ii. Clinical placement will be arranged for the student at the location indicated at enrollment. Students will not be eligible for a refund if they relocated after initial enrollment and are unable to be placed.
iii. If placement was done through a current employer and employment status changes prior to clinical placement, the student will be ineligible for a clinical refund if they are not able to be placed at a new location.
iv. In the event that a clinical assignment is delayed or paused as a result of COVID-19, the student will not be entitled to a refund. The scheduled clinical assignment will resume when the impacted clinical affiliate location reopens.
