ARRT MRI Registry Preparation & Instructions
Structured Education & Clinical Training
After completion with a minimum of 75% average, Pulse student-technologists will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Pulse Radiology Online MRI Program. Pulse Radiology is an approved, postprimary structured education mechanism by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Pulse Radiology partners with leaders in the radiology market to help educate the technologists of tomorrow. All Pulse student-technologists have the ability to have scheduled access to any of our clinical partners.
Submitting Certificate of Completion
How do I upload my Certificate of Completion onto my ARRT Account?
- You will login to your ARRT Account at www.ARRT.org
- Under "Postprimary Certification", click the button to the right that resembles a pen and paper. This will bring you to your Postprimary Education Requirement.
- Click "Structured Education" in the horizontal gold bar.
- Click "Add Structured Education".
- Click "Add CE Activity".
- Input "ASRT Reference Number/RCEEM Code" from the Pulse Radiology Certificate of Completion, enter completion date and click "Search".
- The "Pulse Radiology MRI Registry Program" will appear. Click "Select"
- Attach your Pulse Radiology, Certificate of Completion (PDF document) and click "Add CE Activity".
Submitting Clinical Requirements
How do I input my clinical exams into my ARRT Account?
- You will login to your ARRT Account at www.ARRT.org
- Click "COMPLETE BUSINESS"
- On dropdown click "Pursue Postprimary".
- You should have a choice of all post-primary credentials, click "Magnetic Resonance Imaging".
- Click "START ONLINE DOCUMENTATION.
- Scroll down and click " ❑ I have read these instructions"
- Click "Clinical Experience" in the horizontal gold bar.
- Click "Select Procedure" and choose the exam you are inputting.
- Input the following information: Exact Date & Time, Verifier (supervising tech or clinical coordinator), Facility Name and Reference Number or MRN.
- Click "Add This Procedure".
**As a Pulse Radiology clinical coordinator, you can elect to send all cases to:
